Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy: For the confirmation of your booking, 50% of the total amount of your reservation is required in advance and the rest of the remaining amount upon arrival. A fixed amount of 500 Euros is required upon arrival additionally as a guarantee, in the case of damages occurred in the property during your stay. Upon departure, and if no damages are occurred, this amount will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations that occur up to 60 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations that occur within the period of the 60 days before arrival date, and if the villa stays vacant the deposit is retained and in addition the guest has to compensate the owner with the remaining balance in full. In the case that the villa is rent again then the deposit is fully refundable.
