Olivia’s Luxury Villas are two luxurious and elegant villas of 180square meters each, with private pool and surrounding garden. They are built next to each other, so that they can both enjoy the same breathtaking sea view, while at the same time each house maintains its privacy. The houses are built in a contemporary architectural style,  that combine the traditional stone house of Skiathos with the modern villa. They were completed in 2010 and put into the rental market in 2011.
